HO WEST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY HOLDS INTER-SERVICE AND SECTORAL COLLABORATION COOPERATION SYSTEMS (ISCCS) MEETING

The Ho West District Assembly on Wednesday 29th November 2022 held its Inter-Service and Sectoral Collaboration and Cooperation Systems (ISCCS) meeting at the District Assembly Hall, Dzolokpuita.

The meeting was to enable Departments and Agencies review their performances, challenges faced in executing their functions and ways to effectively collaborate with each other.

In his opening remarks the District Chief Executive, Hon. Ernest Victor Apau said, it is mandated by law for the committee to meet and deliberate on issues that will ensure effective collaboration and cooperation among Departments and Agencies to improve upon service delivery in the district.

He added that there is the need for Departments and Agencies to collaborate, share ideas and learn from each other which will help to bridge the gap that exit amongst them.

The meeting saw presentations from the Security Agencies which include the Fire, Police and Immigration Services, Small Water Systems, Community Water and Sanitation Agency, Environmental Protection Agency, Ambulance Service, Forestry Commission, National Commission for Civic Education, Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice, Ghana Education Service, Ghana Health Service and Heads of Departments of the Assembly.
