The Contractor, Dem Evercare Ventures together with the Project Consultant from Procurement and Project Management Consultancy (PPMC) has handed over keys to a newly constructed 1No. 2 Bedroom semidetached bungalow for Avatime Senior High School to the Volta Regional Coordinating Council.
The project which was stalled for ten years was funded by GETFUND.
Mr. Maxwell Anyadi, the project consultant, PPMC led the entourage to inspect the building to ensure that the facility is completed and fit for habitation. He noted that the presentation of the keys signals the practical completion of the project pending corrections of any defects observed during the inspection tour.
Rev. Isaac Adjah Tetteh, the Regional Economic Planning Officer supported by the Ho West District Coordinating Director, Mr. Wisdom Kporngor later handed over the keys to the Headmistress of Avatime Senior High School. He advised them to use the facility for its intended purpose and also ensure it is properly maintained.
Madam Rebecca Mawusi Venya, the Headmistress of Avatime Senior High School on behalf of management expressed gratitude to all for the facility. She said the completion of the project was a timely intervention as it would help ease staff accommodation problem in the school and promised to make efficient use of the facility.
