The HR Department at Ho West District Assembly is dedicated to managing the organization’s most valuable asset – its people. With a team of three skilled professionals, led by Bismark Von Golloh, the department ensures effective recruitment, talent management, and employee development. They foster a positive work culture and strive to optimize employee performance and well-being.
The Client Service Unit operates under HRD and has two staff. They are,
